Duplex stainless steel heat exchange tubes can be tested by far field eddy current and magnetic saturation eddy current. We've tested these two methods many times. However, there are differences between them: the sensitivity of far-field eddy current testing is lower than that of magnetic saturation eddy current testing; However, if the inner diameter of the tube is relatively small, it is difficult to make magnetic saturation probe.

We have tested duplex stainless steel: SAF2205, SAF2507, SAFurex and similar materials.

For the larger size of the dual phase stainless steel tube heat exchange tube, we design and manufacture magnetic saturation probe according to the specific situation.
