Stainless steel heat exchange tube: is a kind of device made of stainless steel, is one of the components of heat exchanger, placed in the cylinder, used for heat exchange between two media.

Stainless steel heat exchange tube has the following advantages:

1. The heat exchange tube adopts 0.5-0.8mm thin-walled pipe, which improves the overall heat exchange performance. Under the same heat exchange area, the overall heat transfer coefficient is 2.121-8.408% higher than that of copper tube.

2. Because the material is made of SUS304 high quality stainless alloy steel, so that it has high hardness, the steel degree of the pipe is also significantly improved, so it has strong impact resistance and vibration resistance.

3. As the inner wall of the pipe is smooth, the thickness of the bottom layer of the boundary layer flow is reduced, which not only strengthens the heat transfer, but also improves the anti-scaling performance. In order to eliminate welding stress, heat treatment is carried out at 1050℃ in protective gas. The steel pipe is used for leakage inspection of pressure difference, pressure test to 10MPa, 5 minutes without pressure drop.
